How does the Chrome extension work?
The TradeGuard extension reads your account summary data directly from TradingView's broker panel. It updates every second and sends data to your TradeGuard dashboard. No broker credentials are required.
Which brokers are supported?
TradeGuard works with any broker that displays account data in TradingView's broker panel. This includes most major futures and forex brokers available on TradingView.
Is my trading data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for data storage which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. We never sell or share your trading data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Does TradeGuard work on mobile?
The web app is accessible on mobile browsers. The Chrome extension requires a desktop browser. For the best experience, we recommend using TradeGuard on desktop.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
All your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. You can export your data before deleting from Settings → Danger Zone.
